Template 3: Improving Your Seller Feedback

Amazon Seller Feedback can mean something different depending on what kind of seller you are. If you resell a brand that isn’t yours, then it’s indispensable for winning the Buy Box. But if you sell products under your own brand, the Buy Box isn’t as important. One thing’s certain for every seller, and that’s the importance of their Seller Feedback Score.

The Seller Feedback Score

Amazon uses this score to measure the quality of an Amazon seller. Similar to product reviews, there is a five-star rating system and shoppers can leave their feedback after a purchase.

A high feedback score will help sellers from being suspended. A customer dissatisfaction rate consisting of 25% negative or neutral feedback will put you at risk of being suspended by Amazon.
