All credit card information is securely stored with the Stripe payment gateway. If this is a backup credit card, it will only be charged if your retainer has run out.
All clients are billed every Thursday and you will receive an invoice via email outlining the hours you were billed for. Invoices are always for the previous billing period. Our billing periods are Wednesday through Tuesday.
